JOB DESCRIPTION:
Client Solutions (CSO) will be responsible for researching, consulting, and implementing solutions that help operate businesses efficiently on the Cubable no-code platform. Client Solutions will work closely with various of departments including Business Development (BD), Product, Marketing and Operation, to ensure that projects are successfully implemented and achieve benefits for clients, while also contributing to the organizational goals.
Collecting and analyzing client information and business processes to identify business requirements.
Designing, building, and configuring Cubable solutions for clients and customizing the Cubable platform to meet their specific business needs, either independently or as part of a team.
Preparing instructional documents that enable clients or other Client Solutions team members to make changes or modifications in the future.
Ensuring training and support are provided to the internal users of the client.
Monitoring and evaluating the solution's performance post-implementation.
Acting as a bridge between the client's expectations and the company's objectives.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by team lead.
REQUIREMENT

Key skill: Business analysis (a MUST).

Have at least 6 months of practical work experience in similar positions.

Logical and structured thinking with an attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
₋
Proficiency in problem-solving and enjoyment in "playing with LEGO."

Proactivity in work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
₋
A willingness to search for new standards and/or global best practices to optimize solutions.
₋
Experience/knowledge in process design and/or project management (a plus).
₋
Experience/knowledge in a no-code platform, familiarity with Cubable (a BIG plus).
₋
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field (a plus).
