POSITION OVERVIEW:
At Citek, we are looking for dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to join our team as Sales Managers, specializing in promoting and selling SAP S/4HANA enterprise solutions. Leveraging proven SAP solution-selling methodologies, you will identify high-value opportunities, build strategic relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and develop the sales team’s overall strategy, goals, and execution plans for SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Drive key account development, converting high-potential prospects into long-term strategic clients.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, expanding the market share of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Engage directly with senior client executives, negotiating large-scale deals and strategic partnerships.
- Mentor and support Sales Executives and other team members to improve skills and performance.
- Manage high-level client relationships and oversee complex sales negotiations and contract agreements.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing, and SAP partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 8+ years of sales solution experience, 2+ years leading enterprise sales teams, ideally in SAP or ERP/Software solutions.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution selling frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker, with high professionalism and adaptability.
