POSITION OVERVIEW:
The PMO position is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of SAP ERP projects within the organization, including SAP On-Premise, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition (RISE with SAP) and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (GROW with SAP) solutions, applying PMI standards (PMBOK® Guide) together with the SAP Activate methodology. The candidate must be able to monitor go-live projects, manage warranty services, maintenance and roll-out, and ensure every project is delivered within the approved scope, schedule, budget and quality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
PMO Governance & Methodology:
- Set up and maintain the PMO framework: governance structure, roles and responsibilities (RACI matrix), phase gates, standard templates and tools.
- Run the governance cadence of each project: weekly status meetings, monthly Steering Committee meetings and the escalation path.
- Work with the consulting centers to continuously improve Citek's implementation methodology; capture and share lessons learned across projects.
Planning, Baseline & Change Control:
- Work with Project Managers at initiation to establish the project charter, stakeholder register, project management plan and baselines for scope (WBS), schedule and budget.
- Maintain the integrated master schedule, critical path and cross-workstream dependencies; track effort and cost against baseline using Earned Value Management.
- Operate integrated change control: log change requests, assess their impact on scope, schedule, cost and risk, and obtain approval before implementation.
- Plan consultant allocation across projects; resolve or escalate resource conflicts.
Go-live, Warranty & Maintenance:
- Monitor and ensure the progress and quality of all SAP projects through go-live. Verify go-live readiness (cutover plan, Go/No-Go criteria) and hypercare exit criteria.
- Ensure that warranty services (free of charge) are performed efficiently, in accordance with procedures and within the contractual warranty scope and period.
- Manage the performance of paid maintenance contracts, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met. Monitor service level agreement (SLA) compliance, ticket backlog and contract utilization.
- Close projects formally: final acceptance, project closure report, lessons learned and handover to the support team.
Roll-out:
- Plan and execute roll-out projects for existing customers, ensuring seamless integration with the deployed SAP system.
- Support project teams in developing roll-out plans, resources, and time management.
Risk, Issue & Quality Management:
- Identify, analyze, and develop risk management plans for each project; maintain the RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) with owners, response actions and due dates.
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly to protect the interests of the customer and the organization; escalate critical issues through the agreed escalation path.
- Conduct quality gate reviews at the end of each phase to confirm that deliverables meet the acceptance criteria before the project moves to the next phase.
Contract & Subcontractor Management:
- Track each project's contractual obligations: deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and payment terms; prepare acceptance documents with the Project Manager.
- Monitor subcontractors and third-party vendors against their statements of work: schedule, deliverables, quality and acceptance.
Stakeholder Communication, Reporting and Analysis:
- Establish regular reports on project progress, service quality, and performance to present to stakeholders: weekly status reports, Steering Committee materials and a portfolio dashboard of project health (scope, schedule, budget, quality).
- Maintain the communication plan, meeting minutes and action log; follow up every action item to closure.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and service quality; track customer satisfaction and service KPIs.
REQUIREMENT
- Education: University degree in related fields (Business Administration, Information Technology).
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification issued by PMI, active and in good standing (mandatory). PMI-ACP or SAP Activate Project Manager certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, especially SAP go-live projects, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP ERP implementations in a Project Manager or PMO role, and understanding of RISE (Private Cloud) and GROW (Public Cloud) deployment processes.
- Experience in governing multi-workstream projects with subcontractors and third-party vendors is an advantage.

- Tools: proficient in project management tools (Microsoft Project or equivalent) and Microsoft Office; SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager is a plus.
- English: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent qualifications. Able to write reports and present to steering committees in English.
