JOB DESCRIPTION
The PMO position is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of SAP ERP projects within the organization, including SAP On-Premise, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (RISE) and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW) solutions. The candidate must be able to monitor go-live projects, manage warranty services, maintenance, roll-out and upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. SAP Project Management:
- Monitor and ensure the progress and quality of all go-live SAP projects.
- Ensure that warranty services (free of charge) are performed efficiently and in accordance with procedures.
- Manage the performance of paid maintenance contracts, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met.
2. Roll-out:
- Plan and execute roll-out projects for existing customers, ensuring seamless integration with the deployed SAP system.
- Support project teams in developing roll-out plans, resources, and time management.
3. Upsell Opportunities:
- Analyze and identify upsell opportunities in existing projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop plans and strategies to optimize customer revenue.
4. Risk Management:
- Identify, analyze, and develop risk management plans for each project.
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly to protect the interests of the customer and the organization.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Establish regular reports on project progress, service quality, and performance to present to stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and service quality.
REQUIREMENT

Education: University degree in related fields (Business Administration, Information Technology).
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certified.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, especially SAP go-live projects, and understanding of RISE (Private Cloud) and GROW (Public Cloud) deployment processes.
- Skills: Good communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, strong analytical skills and time management. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- English: TOEIC 650 / IELTS 6.0 or equivalent qualifications.
