JOB DESCRIPTION:
Client Solutions (CSO) will be responsible for researching, consulting, and implementing solutions that help operate businesses efficiently on the Cubable no-code platform. Client Solutions will work closely with various of departments including Business Development (BD), Product, Marketing and Operation, to ensure that projects are successfully implemented and achieve benefits for clients, while also contributing to the organizational goals.
₋ Collecting and analyzing client information and business processes to identify business requirements.
₋ Designing, building, and configuring Cubable solutions for clients and customizing the
₋ Cubable platform to meet their specific business needs, either independently or as part of a team.
₋ Preparing instructional documents that enable clients or other Client Solutions team members to make changes or modifications in the future.
₋ Ensuring training and support are provided to the internal users of the client.
₋ Monitoring and evaluating the system's performance post-implementation.
₋ Working with the team lead, Product, and BD teams to analyze and provide pre-sale consulting.
₋ Continuously improve solutions built on Cutable according to world no-code trends and product roadmaps
₋ Acting as a bridge between the client's expectations and the company's objectives.
REQUIREMENT
₋ Key skill: Business analysis (a MUST)
₋ Logical and structured thinking with an attention to detail.
₋ Have at least 1-2 year of practical work experience in a similar position
₋ Proficiency in problem-solving and enjoyment in "playing with LEGO."
₋ Strong communication and presentation skills.
₋ Proactivity in work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
₋ A willingness to search for new standards and/or global best practices to optimize
₋ solutions.
₋ Experience/knowledge in process design and/or project management (a MUST).
₋ Experience/knowledge in a no-code platform, familiarity with Cubable (a BIG plus).
₋ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field (a plus).
