On 20/10/2025, LC Foods Group and Citek officially signed a cooperation agreement and kicked off their digital transformation project with SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud).

LC Foods Group currently owns a large-scale network of subsidiaries, including LC Foods, KMS Vina, Mekong Aqua Feed, Hoang Long Seafood, and Cadovina Seafood (formerly Cadovimex II). The Group applies the 3F (Feed – Farm – Food) model, ensuring end-to-end management from farm to table.
With a fully integrated value chain – from aquafeed production and aquaculture farming to processing and domestic and export distribution – LC Foods delivers over 400 products to the local market, serving more than 35,000 distributors and partners, and exports to over 30 countries and territories. Given its complex multi-factory, multi-brand, multi-channel, and multi-market operations, LC Foods decided to invest in SAP Cloud ERP. The goal is to build a transparent governance system, automate core business processes, and enable real-time connectivity across the entire value chain.

The comprehensive digital transformation project, implemented by Citek, follows global best practices for enterprise management in the Food and Consumer Goods sectors. The project aims to help LC Foods build a flexible organizational structure and connect the entire value chain – from inventory management, production, supply chain, and quality control to finance and sales – all on a single, unified platform. This marks a strategic milestone that positions LC Foods for greater efficiency, transparency, and readiness to accelerate in global markets.

The adoption of SAP Cloud ERP will also strengthen LC Foods’ ability to ensure international quality control, traceability, and food safety compliance, while reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and ESG (Environmental – Social – Governance) principles. The SAP Cloud ERP platform lays the foundation for the future application of AI in operational management, demand forecasting, and performance optimization.
