Effective January 1, 2026, Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CADIVI) has officially gone live with SAP S/4HANA under its new organizational model, in partnership with Citek. This milestone marks a significant step in CADIVI’s management digital transformation journey, aimed at strengthening operational excellence and enabling sustainable growth in the next phase of development.

Built on the SAP S/4HANA platform that CADIVI has deployed and operated since 2020, this restructuring initiative focuses on standardizing the legal entity model, consolidating member units, implementing budget control through Fund Management, and ensuring end-to-end data integration across finance, sales, manufacturing, and inventory management. This strategic move establishes a unified, transparent, and real-time management foundation, meeting increasingly complex governance requirements as CADIVI continues to scale and enhance its competitive position.

Leveraging the SAP S/4HANA platform, CADIVI is progressively establishing a centralized and consistent management model that enables the standardization of operational processes in line with international best practices, while maintaining the flexibility required by the electric cable manufacturing industry. The system consolidates multi-entity data onto a single platform, enhances cost and budget control, and improves overall operational performance, while empowering the executive team to make timely, data-driven decisions based on real-time insights.
In parallel with the go-live of SAP S/4HANA under the new organizational model, CADIVI has also rolled out synchronized improvements in production planning and scheduling processes across the entire system, effective January 1, 2026. These enhancements are designed to optimize operations, reinforce management discipline, and improve market responsiveness, laying a strong foundation for higher manufacturing efficiency and improved customer service in an increasingly competitive environment.
