MPE and Citek Partner on Comprehensive Enterprise Management Digital Transformation Project

As part of its comprehensive digital transformation efforts, MPE is making a significant investment in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system by partnering with Citek to implement SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud. The system is planned to be consulted and implemented in seven months and go live on January 1, 2025, marking a major step forward in governance and operations. This will help complete MPE's global standard technology and digital transformation roadmap.

Based on my calculations, using this system for at least 10-15 years will put the company on a new journey”.

Next, Citek will advise on adjusting, improving and standardizing all internal processes and data. From there, successfully convert governance processes, all operational data in factories, branches and member units nationwide so that the SAP S/4HANA system can officially operate on January 1, 2025". The SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud management system at MPE was consulted and implemented by Citek with a scope of 13 SAP Digital Core subsystems and a seamless connection from supply chain operations to production, business, and connection with financial accounting and management accounting. When operating, the system will help MPE improve its organization and ensure that production and business activities can be performed anytime, anywhere with accurate, timely data (real-time).
