TECH LEAD (Full Stack)

I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the technical development and implementation of projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect, design, and develop software applications using Node.js (TypeScript) and either C++ or Golang, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Utilize React and React Native with Redux to build responsive and user-friendly web and mobile applications.
• Apply cloud and serverless technologies (AWS, Azure) to design and deploy scalable and reliable systems.
• Implement GraphQL for efficient and flexible data querying and manipulation.
• Leverage Onion architecture principles to create modular and maintainable software components.
• Develop distributed computing solutions to tackle complex computational challenges.
• Utilize real-time communication technologies, such as WebRTC, to enable seamless and interactive user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously expanding your skill set.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

II. REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) and at least one of the following: C++ or Golang.
• Extensive experience with React, React Native, and Redux for building modern and responsive web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS and Azure, and experience with serverless architecture.
• Proficiency in GraphQL and its implementation for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Strong grasp of Onion architecture principles for building scalable and modular applications.
• Experience with distributed computing and parallel processing techniques.
• Familiarity with real-time communication technologies like WebRTC is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment is highly desired.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
