PRESALES ERP

I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

The opening is for Presales of Oracle NetSuite:

• Research and understand the features and functionalities of Oracle NetSuite products in order to introduce and consult customers.
• Plan and prepare reports and documents presenting solutions, implementation costs, service quality, and other evaluation criteria.
• Work and interact with customers to collect information about their needs and requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and advise on the company’s products and services.
• Advise and answer customers’ questions about the company’s products and services.
• Participate in the negotiation process and persuade customers about the Oracle NetSuite ERP solution and provide technical support to the sales team.
• Support the implementation team during the ERP project implementation, including providing solutions, proposing improvements, and monitoring the implementation process.
• Ensure that the solutions implemented meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Participate in the analysis of requirements, surveying customer needs, and proposing appropriate solutions for Oracle NetSuite ERP.

II. REQUIREMENT:

Citek is looking for talents:

• Senior Business Consultant : At least 5 years of relevant work experience in ERP Consultant (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, B1, Microsoft Dynamic) or a similar field preferred.

Bachelor and experience:

• Graduated from university majoring in Finance, Accounting,  Business Administration, Logistic, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, International Business.
• Involved in at least 3 full cycle projects ERP.
• Working knowledge of integration with other ERP.
• Strong in the management of ERP Finance, ERP SCM, Integration (ERP & Other system / platform).
• Able to travel according to job requirements.
• Have a development orientation and long-term attachment to the ERP industry.
• Have a development orientation and long-term attachment to the Oracle NetSuite.

• English: Toeic 650 or Toiec 700
