Citek partners with Sa Giang for comprehensive digital transformation through the GROW with SAP solution

The implementation of GROW with SAP marks a significant transformation, helping Sa Giang move towards a transparent management model, optimize operations, and enhance its competitive edge. This is especially meaningful in the context of the increasingly stringent demands of the food and export consumer markets regarding product quality, traceability, and compliance with ESG standards.

Sa Giang, a member of the Vinh Hoan Group, specializes in food production, processing, and the trade of import-export products made from rice, with its flagship product being shrimp crackers. With over 60 years of development, Sa Giang has established its position in both domestic and international markets, exporting 15,000 tons annually to more than 50 countries, bringing the flavors of Vietnam to the global culinary map.

According to the plan, the system will be implemented by Citek over seven months across six factories and two related units of Sa Giang, ensuring seamless connectivity from the supply chain to production, business operations, financial accounting, and management accounting.

GROW with SAP is not just a digital platform for management and operations; it also serves as a foundation to strengthen the "G-Governance" pillar in sustainable development under ESG standards. Additionally, it provides robust support for businesses in the food and consumer sectors to meet compliance requirements with international standards such as HACCP, BRC, and ISO. Once fully operational, the GROW with SAP system will help Sa Giang optimize operational processes, enhance management efficiency, and establish a solid foundation for expanding production capacity and entering new markets with a focus on sustainability.
